Return and exchanges policy

PREREQUISITES:

2. Products must be received by the customers within 2 days.

3. Customers are required to provide convincing reasons along with reliable proof.

4. Returned products must be received by our company.

RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS:

1. Kindly inform our sales staff of the status of your order. We will promptly review and respond to your inquiry.

2. Upon verification, if the error lies with Hi Pro Lash, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. If the error lies with the customer, the customer will cover the shipping costs for the return and the shipment of the correct product.

3. Customers will receive the correct products as per their original order.

4. We are committed to assisting our customers in resolving any mistakes to the best of our ability.

EXECUTION:

Exchange: Customers will receive the same products they initially ordered free of charge.

REFUND:

Customer payments will be refunded via PayPal or bank accounts.
