1.How to place an order?

2. What about the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 5 boxes per order.

3.What materials does Hiprolashes use?

Hiprolashes uses Korea PBT material, known for its high quality. Utilizing premium materials is crucial for crafting beautiful fans.

4. Are Hipro handmade fans heat bonded or glue bonded?

These are 100% handmade fans, bonded with glue.

5.Do you have boxes containing 1000 fans or 500 fans?

We produce boxes containing both 1000 fans and 500 fans.

6.How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The processing time is dependent on the customer's order. Typically, for orders under 50 boxes, the processing time is 15-20 days, with a delivery time of 3-6 days. However, during peak or low seasons, these times may vary. For more detailed information, please reach out to our sales team.

7.Are the handmade lashes available in the warehouse?

Due to a high volume of orders, we operate on a made-to-order basis and do not maintain a large inventory. While we occasionally have limited stock available for immediate shipment, these items tend to sell out quickly. Therefore, please anticipate a production lead time for your order.

8.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments via Western Union, Bank Online Transfer, and Paypal for your convenience.

9.Can Hiprolashes ship lashes to my country?

We ship worldwide, with a special focus on destinations such as the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and more.

10.Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our sales staff as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. We make every effort to promptly process your orders, and once production has commenced, cancellations may not be possible. While we will consider order cancellations, please be aware that they cannot be guaranteed

11. Can I make changes to an order?

Please contact our sales staff as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. We strive to accommodate your orders to the best of our ability. While we will do our utmost to accommodate any changes to your order, please note that changes cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.

12.Why was there a charge for customs?

The order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country's customs department upon arrival. As the recipient of the order, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for all associated import fees. This includes compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Please note that Hiprolashes does not collect duties and taxes, nor can we provide information on the cost of such duties and taxes.

14. Does Hiprolashes offer private labeling services?

We provide a free sticker logo for orders of more than 100 boxes. For orders under 100 boxes, please contact our sales staff to check the applicable fee.
Additionally, we offer private boxes tailored to your specific requirements. Whether you need a custom-designed box or printing based on your own design, we've got you covered

15. As I'm purchasing in bulk, can I receive a better price?

Absolutely! We offer better prices for orders starting from 50 boxes. Additionally, we have a special discount policy in place for our loyal customers.
